“American Remodeling recently replaced my roof and did an outstanding job—reasonably priced, efficient and very easy to work with. I was referred to them by a good friend who spoke very highly of their work and they absolutely lived up to those expectations. Jay came out right away, provided a fair estimate and was very flexible with scheduling. The roofing crew was courteous, professional, worked quickly and left the yard remarkably clean with very few nails left behind. When my insurance company initially refused to pay for an additional $2,000 requirement, I told Jay I would just pay it, because the insurer claimed I had agreed to something they had not approved. Jay insisted I would not pay it and that his company would cover it. He then took the time to file a Department of Insurance complaint, which prompted someone from my insurance company to call me directly, allowing me to use the justification Jay provided and leading the insurer to ultimately covering the extra $2,000.
