What the Warranty Does Not Cover
American Remodeling’s siding warranties provide strong long-term protection, but they are not insurance policies. Damage caused by acts of nature—including hail, wind, severe weather, and other natural events—is not covered. Vandalism, impact damage, caulking, routine maintenance, work performed by others, and damage outside the written warranty coverage are also excluded.

Yes. Every siding installation is completed by our own experienced crews and backed by our one-year workmanship warranty.
No. Hail, wind, severe weather, and other acts of nature are not covered by the siding warranty. Storm damage is typically handled through your homeowner’s insurance — our team can still help assess the damage and provide an estimate for repairs.
No. Caulking, sealants, and routine maintenance items are not covered by the warranty. These are considered normal homeowner maintenance.
