The roofing crew was courteous, professional, worked quickly and left the yard remarkably clean with very few nails left behind. When my insurance company initially refused to pay for an additional $2,000 requirement, I told Jay I would just pay it, because the insurer claimed I had agreed to something they had not approved. Jay insisted I would not pay it and that his company would cover it. He then took the time to file a Department of Insurance complaint, which prompted someone from my insurance company to call me directly, allowing me to use the justification Jay provided and leading the insurer to ultimately covering the extra $2,000.
