These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by American Remodeling, Inc. ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or entering into a service agreement, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. Scope of Services

We provide remodeling services including, but not limited to, window replacement, siding installation, roofing repair, and other home improvement services as outlined in your project contract.

 

2. Estimates and Contracts

All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change upon site inspection. Final pricing and scope of work will be confirmed in a written contract signed by both parties.

 

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be clearly stated in the service contract. Accepted forms of payment include check, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods. Late payments may be subject to interest and additional fees.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

All customers have 3 business days from the date of contract signing to cancel their agreement. To cancel your contract, please contact our office in writing within this 3-business-day period. We are committed to making this process straightforward and will honor all cancellation requests submitted within the specified timeframe.

 

5. Project Timeline

We make every effort to adhere to project timelines. However, delays may occur due to weather, material availability, permitting, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate promptly about any schedule changes.

 

6. Warranties

Warranty coverage is specified in your signed contract. We stand behind our workmanship and materials within the limits and conditions outlined in the warranty documentation.

 

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to provide reasonable access to the property, ensure pets and children are kept away from the work area, and maintain clear communication throughout the project duration.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from delays, unforeseen conditions, or third-party actions. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid under the contract.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the project is performed. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located within that state.
